Young Buffalo Song is a 5-reel, 4-row video slot. The game is played with 20 fixed paylines. The game has 10 regular symbols, a Wild symbol, a Scatter symbol, a Bonus symbol, Free Spins, a Bonus Game, and a Bonus Buy feature.
Wild
Wild replaces all regular symbols in winning combinations, except for Scatter and Bonus symbols. Wild symbols appear only on reels 2–4 in the main game and Free Spins. Wild symbols can contain multipliers of x2 and x3. Two or more multipliers in one winning combination are summed up.
Scatter
In the main game, 3 or more Scatter symbols appearing anywhere on the reels trigger free spins. The number of free spins depends on the number of Scatter symbols on the reels:
- 5 Scatter – 20 free spins
- 4 Scatter – 12 free spins
- 3 Scatter – 8 free spins
Scatter symbols appear in the main game and free spins. During free spins, 2 or more Scatter symbols anywhere on the reels award additional free spins.
Bonus
8 or more Bonus symbols appearing anywhere on the reels in the main game or free spins trigger the bonus game. All Bonus symbols contain random cash values of 1x, 2x, 3x, 4x, 5x, 10x, 15x of the total bet or the MINI, MEGA and SUPER jackpots. The values displayed on the Bonus symbols are displayed in the selected currency. Wins from Bonus symbols are paid out in the bonus game only.
Free Spins
At the start of the Free Spins you can get 8, 12 or 20 spins. 2 or more Scatter symbols appearing anywhere on the reels award additional Free Spins:

- 4 Scatter – 12 free spins
- 3 Scatter – 8 free spins
- 2 Scatter – 5 free spins
In Free Spins, all Wild symbols have a multiplier of x2 or x3. 8 Bonus symbols activate the Bonus Game. If this happens, the Bonus Game will be played first, after which Free Spins will be resumed. Free Spins are played with the same bet as the spin that activated them.
Bonus Game
The bonus game always starts with 3 spins, and each time a new bonus symbol lands, the number of spins is reset to 3. At the start of the bonus game, the regular symbols disappear, and only the bonus symbols that triggered the feature remain. The regular reels are replaced by special reels containing only bonus symbols and empty spaces. All bonus symbols that land after each spin remain on the reels until the end of the bonus game. The bonus game continues until all spins are completed or all 20 positions on the reels are filled with bonus symbols. When the bonus game is completed, the value of all bonus symbols is added up, and the game pays out the total amount. The bonus game is played with the same bet as the spin that triggered it. You can win 4 jackpots in the bonus game.
Jackpots
There are 4 jackpots in the game that can only be won during the bonus game:

- SUPER jackpot gives 500x the bet
- MEGA jackpot gives 150x the bet
- MINI jackpot gives 50x the bet
