Blackjackx is a variation of classic live blackjack without a live dealer.
Blackjackx incorporates all the procedures and features of a traditional live blackjack game such as 7 player multiplayer mode, side bets, Bet Behind, live chat and uses eight decks with card tracking and shuffling to ensure a fair and exciting gaming experience.
The goal of the Blackjackx game is to collect more cards than the virtual dealer’s hand, but not exceeding 21. The best blackjack hand is when the sum of the values of the first two cards dealt is exactly 21.
To play, select the value of your bet and place it at your preferred betting locations. During the open betting time, you can modify your original bet and place any additional bets.
Once the bets have been placed and the betting time has expired, the virtual dealer will proceed to deal the cards, starting from the seat to their left, followed by the next seat in sequence and finally the virtual dealer. The second card is then dealt in the same manner to each seat face up, with the virtual dealer receiving the hidden card face down.
After all cards have been dealt, you have a choice of Hit, Stand, Double or Split, from first place to the left of the virtual dealer to last place in clockwise order.
Once all decisions have been made, the virtual dealer will open the hole card and deal the next card, following the rule that the virtual dealer must draw to 16 and stand on 17.
If the virtual dealer’s hole card is an Ace, you have the option to purchase insurance to offset the risk of the virtual dealer having a Blackjack. After the insurance betting time has elapsed, the virtual dealer will be checked to see if they have a possible Blackjack hand. If it is Blackjack, the game round ends. If it is not Blackjack, the game round continues to the Blackjack Options phase.
After all cards have been dealt, the virtual dealer’s hand is compared to the players’ hands to determine the winner.
At the end of the game round, all cards on the table are collected and discarded, and bets are opened for the next game round.
BlackjackX is played with 8 standard 52-card decks. The card values in Blackjack are as follows:
You win when the value of your final hand is closer to 21 than the dealer’s virtual hand, or when the dealer folds.
Example combinations:
Any Ace + 10, J, Q or K combination is the best combination in the game and is called
A combination of an Ace and any card with a value between 2 and 9 is called a “soft hand” since the value of an Ace in such a combination can be 1 or 11. For example, A♣ + 5♥ = 6 or 16.
The suit of the cards is irrelevant in the main BlackjackX game.
You can click/tap the SIT HERE icon at any stage of the game to fill a vacant seat.
If the Multiseat option is available, you can click/tap the multiseat icon to occupy more than one seat. The maximum number of seats allowed is shown in the Betting Limits and Payout window. Once the maximum number of seats allowed has been filled, the other available seats will become unavailable to you.
As soon as you fill a seat, it will change to occupied.
Place your bet on the main betting space, which will flash during the betting process.
Your nickname under the place identifies your place.

When there are only 5 seconds left of the betting time, the status changes to LAST BETS.
When the betting time expires, BETS CLOSED is displayed and all betting areas become inactive. At that point, the display will show BETS ACCEPTED, indicating that all your placed bets have been accepted and will participate in the game round.
The DEAL NOW feature is activated during betting if you have placed a bet. After clicking/tapping the DEAL NOW button, the virtual dealer will start dealing cards immediately without waiting for the betting time to expire.
Once the DEAL NOW button has been clicked/tapped and the betting time has elapsed, you cannot change or cancel your bets.
The chips view allows you to select the value of the chips you want to bet with. Only the chip values that you can cover with your current balance are available.
The Rebet button allows you to repeat the same bets from the previous game round. After clicking/tapping the Rebet button, the Double and Cancel buttons are activated.
Double button doubles all your bets placed. Each click/tap doubles your bets up to the maximum limit.

Each round of the game is identified by a unique game ID number. The time display shows the current local time.
For questions and to contact customer service, please use the game ID number (or take a screenshot of the game number).
The value of your hand is displayed on the screen next to your seat in a small rectangle. When it is your turn to choose your preferred betting option, your seat will be highlighted.
If your first two cards are an Ace and a 10, a Jack, a Queen, or a King, your hand is a natural Blackjack. You do not need to choose a betting option, as this is the best possible hand in the game.
Once initial cards are dealt, all seats at the table can now select one of the betting options described below.
Stand: No additional cards are taken. This option is usually chosen if the hand value is satisfactory. If you do not choose an option within the selection time, the Stand option will be automatically chosen.
Hit: An additional card is chosen. This option can be chosen multiple times until you decide to Stand or until your hand value is 21. If you reach 22 or more, you automatically lose your hand bet.
Double Down: Your bet is doubled and only one additional card is drawn. After doubling your bet, no further options are offered and the game round either moves to the next seat or the action passes to the virtual dealer.
In cases where a Double Down fails and is cancelled, the decision reverts to Hit.
Split splits your hand into two separate hands, each with a separate bet equal to your main bet if your original hand consists of pairs or cards of the same rank. A second card is then dealt to both your hands and you can improve the value of these two hands by choosing Hit or Stand if you are comfortable with it.
However, when splitting Aces, you will only receive one additional card. If you receive a card with a value of 10 on top of a split Ace, it counts as 21, not as a blackjack. Once you have selected the option you want for your hand, a small icon with that option will be displayed next to your seat.
In cases where the split fails and is cancelled, the decision reverts to Stand.
The Early Decisions feature allows you to select an option for your hand without waiting for your turn. Simply click/tap the option you want, and the virtual dealer will act accordingly when it is your turn.
The Honest Decision feature becomes active if you have not selected any option during the option selection time, and automatic selections will be made:
Auto-Decisions allows you to make faster decisions. It is available in the settings under the Auto-Decisions tab, where you can choose to activate Basic or Advanced Auto-Decisions.
Basic Auto-Decisions allows you to customize the Auto-Stand, Auto-Hit, and Auto-Insurance settings, as well as set rules for when to accept a Split or Double Down offer if you are using Auto-Decisions to tailor it to your game strategy.
When activated, Auto-Stand will instantly choose the Stand option if the value of your cards is equal to or higher than the selected value. To activate, turn on the slider and set the desired value for the option to apply. The value cannot overlap with Auto-Hit.
Auto Stand will not be applied if:
If Auto Stand is applied to your hand, a small Auto Stand icon will appear next to your seat.
When activated, Auto-Hit will instantly select the Hit option if the value of your cards is equal to or lower than the selected value. To activate, turn on the slider and set the desired value for the option to apply. The value cannot overlap with Auto-Stand.
Auto-Hit will not apply when:
If Auto-Hit is applied to your hand, a small Auto-Hit icon will appear next to your seat.
When activated, Double and Split offers act as exceptions to the Auto-Stand and Auto-Hit options. Decisions will be made based on the value of the hand as usual. To activate, turn on the slider and set the desired value range for the option to apply.
When Auto-Insurance is active, you can choose one of two options:
If Auto-Insurance with the Always option selected applies to your hand, a small Auto-Insurance icon will appear next to your seat.
Any basic automatic decisions enabled in the settings will be automatically applied in the advanced strategy charts where applicable.
Enabling basic automatic decisions will automatically disable advanced automatic decisions.
Advanced Auto Decisions allow you to set up a full set of customizable rules to cover all possible game scenarios. Once set, these rules enable automated gameplay based on your preferred decisions.
You can change Advanced Auto Decisions to suit your preferences using the buttons provided. Once setup is complete, toggle the switch to activate. Select the desired actions for each situation and set the values in the table by simply clicking/tapping on them.
The settings you select for auto-resolve during an active game round will be applied to the next game round you participate in.
Enabling advanced auto-resolve will automatically disable basic auto-resolve.
If the virtual dealer’s first card is an ace, you have the option to purchase insurance to offset the risk of the virtual dealer having a blackjack. The insurance bet is exactly half your original bet and wins at odds of 2 to 1 if the virtual dealer’s second card is a 10.
The betting overtime is offered to all seats at the table to purchase insurance. Click “Yes” if you want to purchase it for all your seats.
All insured hands have an insurance icon displayed next to the seat.
Click/tap No if you do not want to buy Insurance for your hand. If you do not make a decision within the available time to buy Insurance, No is selected by default.
After the Insurance time is over, the virtual dealer shows whether you have Blackjack or not. If the virtual dealer has Blackjack, the game round ends. Insured hands win.
If the virtual dealer does not have Blackjack, the game round continues. You lose your Insurance bets, but you can still win the game round with your hand.
Once all seats and the virtual dealer have made their moves, the result is calculated for each hand in the game round.
The total win amount for the game round is displayed in the win message on the screen.
If the virtual dealer’s hand value exceeds 21, all hands at the table win, except those that exceed 21 before the virtual dealer.
Please note: 21 with two cards (Blackjack) beats 21 with split aces and 21 with 3 or more cards.
A “Win” icon is displayed next to all winning hands (including split hands).
Players who have Blackjack in their hands automatically win unless the virtual dealer also has Blackjack. If the hands are tied, the game ends in a tie.
All hands with a value equal to the virtual dealer are Push hands. This means that you do not win or lose any money on that hand, and your bet is returned to your balance.
Hands with a value greater than 21 automatically lose and are marked with the “Too Much” icon. This icon does not apply to the virtual dealer’s hand.
Hands with a value lower than the virtual dealer’s hand lose the round of play, and the virtual dealer wins. A “No Win” icon appears next to losing hands.
Winning and losing hands are paid out as follows:
This information is also available in the Betting Limits and Payouts window.
The return to player percentage in Blackjackx is 99.28%.
The Bet Behind feature allows you to bet on hands dealt to other players at the table. You will split the outcome of the other player’s hand.
The player playing with the main bet on the seat makes all decisions for that hand. To Bet Behind any player, place a bet in any activated Bet Behind spot on the other player’s seat while betting is open.
On mobile, the Bet Behind betting spot is located under the seat.
You can Bet Behind players in other seats, even if you have your own main bet, but you cannot Bet Behind your own hand.
If you place a Bet Behind bet and the player in that seat decides not to play the round, your bet will be immediately refunded.
The payout for Bet Behind bets is the same as for main blackjack bets.
The table limits for Bet Behind bets are available in the Bet Limits & Payouts window.
The winner icon next to the player’s name highlights those with the longest winning streak. The number in the middle of the star represents their consecutive wins in game rounds. Note that any losing round results in the loss of the winner icon, regardless of previous winning streaks.
An unlimited number of players can bet behind any player at the table.
The nickname under the seat identifies the player making all the decisions for that hand. By default, the bet behind settings applied follow the actions of the main player and automatically subtract the necessary funds from your balance for the double or split options.
You can change these settings in the Bet Behind tab in the settings. The new settings are saved in your account settings and are applied from the next round of play.
This blackjack game also includes optional side bets – Perfect Pairs (PP) and Twenty-One-Plus-Trip (21+3). You have a chance to win on any side bet, regardless of whether you win later or lose on the blackjack bet. Side bets are made on the outcome, not the outcome of the hand.
Side bets payouts are higher than regular blackjack payouts, so the minimum and maximum betting limits are usually lower.
You can place side bets during betting, but only after you have placed the main bet.
The side bet payouts are available in the Bet Limits and Payouts window.
Perfect Pairs (PP) is a side bet that is made before the cards are dealt. It gives you the chance to win extra money if your two starting cards make a pair. There are 3 different types of pairs:
To win with the Perfect Pair side bet, place your bet in the designated area marked PP before the cards are dealt.
Winning side bets are displayed immediately after the two initial cards are dealt to each seat participating in the game round.
The winning PP hand is independent of the virtual dealer’s hand.
The payout is calculated based on your bet multiplied by the combination type odds:
Combination | Payout |
---|---|
Perfect Pair | 25 to 1 |
Coloured Pair | 12 to 1 |
Mixed Pair | 6 to 1 |
The Theoretical Return to Player for Perfect Pairs is 95.90%.
The Twenty-One-Plus-Three (21+3) side bet is a 3-card hand using the virtual dealer’s up card and the two initial cards in your hand, much like a poker hand. It gives you a chance to win if your first two cards plus the dealer’s up card make any of the following winning combinations:
To win with the 21+3 side bet, place your bet in the designated area marked 21+3 before the cards are dealt.
Winning side bets are displayed immediately after the two initial cards are dealt to each seat participating in the game round.
If you have two winning combinations in your hand, only the one with the higher payout is paid.
The payout is calculated based on your bet multiplied by the odds of the combination type:
Combination | Payout |
---|---|
Suited Trips | 100 to 1 |
Straight Flush | 40 to 1 |
Three of a Kind | 30 to 1 |
Straight | 10 to 1 |
Flush | 5 to 1 |
The Theoretical Return to Player for 21+3 is 96.30%.

Deck shuffling occurs once the cutting card is removed from the shoe and the game round has been completed.
When the cutting card appears during the play, it will be removed. The virtual dealer then informs that this is the last hand of the shoe, thus completing the hand. Upon completing this hand, no more cards are dealt until the shoe change or shuffle procedure occurs.
Cards must be shuffled by the virtual dealer automatically in the background.
If an error occurs in the game, system, gameplay procedure or transaction activity, the game round will be cancelled.
